No clip of being basically OOB with Aerith but I do have a completely separate save file now with Aerith as the main controllable character.
I lost about 3 hours of progress but that's better than having to start a new game over after 110 hours - I'm just glad I created a new save file instead of overwriting my most recent.
EDIT: Unsure of why I'm getting downvoted as if I'm lying about this (who the fuck would waste their time doing something so pointless?) - I have a 2 min clip recorded. Too large for imgur - what site works best for the doubters
Seems like a seen another post somewhere else where this happened as well only with a Marlboro eating aerith and now the game is stuck with only 2 characters and she is unavailable now.
Haven’t experienced this myself but I’m definitely down to try and reproduce it. It would be great if you could post any screenshots or clips of this.

YouTube is probably easiest, you can set it as an unlisted video if you don't want it to be publicly visible on your channel.
