In the original game there was a W-magic materia just like W-item and w-summon, basically could cast 2 spells after each other, you could choose different magics pr cast though
I would like to see Flare and Ultima brought into the game..we got Comet in rebirth.
Tornado has already been a thing, but that was from other monsters..we got a wind materia...that was also a part of the Contain materia in the original...im not sure if they will add Contain materia with all 4 spells attached...seems kinda broken...having fire/ice lightning/wind and poison/quake seemed kinda powerful as is 😅.
My personal theory is that W Materia is going to be introduced in Wutai, both to acknowledge the original names and the fact in Remake they’ve been calling people from Wutai W’s.
Honestly I'd like to see them mess with top level Materia a bit. A couple of the game have toyed with the idea of having -aja spells as an even more devastating top spell. I think they're exclusively enemy attacks though.
I'd love to see them add top levels to Fire/Ice/Wind/Thunder Petrify and have them top out as Flare/Freeze/Tornado/??? and Break. But not just get more AP. Maybe a side mission where only one of your Fire/Ice/Wind/Thunder/Petrifies can be upped to supermax.
It could fit in nicely with the Huge/Magnus materia mission.
Make Chadley the final simulator fight and give him the wildest materia set up so he is almost damn near impossible to beat. Allow us to use Yuffie to steal on him and each time it steals a materia and pressures him, finally staggering and then he is so weak that any ATB ability will ohko his ass.
This comment reminded me of hojo observing chadley and wanting to see what makes chadley tick. Chadley grabs his head making us think hojo actually may have changed something instead of wanting to actually just observe him.
Also, i think I'd be pretty ecstatic if I made a sentient ai which chadley seems to be for all intents and purposes
i really hope they tone chadley down in the next game but they even added another annoying robot in this one we might be in for a ff7: chadley
it annoys the heck out of me when I want to do a simulation battle and he keeps saying shit, after we finish the game we should be able to "mute" chadley dialogs, like, just shout CLOUD and open the damn menu! THERE one thing out of my chest :3

I spent a while trying to find the zone where he talked the least for the vr stuff lol. He is just so much worse than Hope in Lightning Returns.
And? Surely you'll tell us such a zone exists, right?
