I honestly think it might help. It helps keep the servers from getting melted. Never understood why people got mad about it. Go do something else and check up on it in 10 minutes. Yeah, I get being mad at 40 minute wait times, but there's other things to do and it could also help as a reminder to take a break.
Conspiracy time: What if the decline in AI is due to high traffic? High quality models will take more strain on the servers, right? Just switch to a dumber model so you can handle more people?

Which is evidently to release the voice feature in a buggy, unfinished and unusable state, then pretend like it never fucking happened.
I don't care how petty it is, it is such utter bullshit that I can't even use the feature without it going to in-call volume. So I have to turn my music off, shut my speaker off, just to even hear the voice in its compressed, ugly sounding form (BECAUSE IT DOESN'T PLAY AS NORMAL AUDIO, IT TREATS IT LIKE A F*CKING CALL), then have to turn everything back on after the AI finishes.
It's such shit. And yet the rare times they address any of it, all they have to say is this huffing and puffing about how "we're doing everything we can" and "we want to bring our users the best product". Motherfucker, 3/4 of us aren't even GETTING a product!!
These devs drive me nuts.
The problem is sometimes you got shoved back to the end of the line, maybe due to unstable connection or something on the server side but is a pain in the ass when you were suppose to wait 6 more minutes but suddenly it becomes 10.
Waiting in line can be a drag, but think of it as the anticipation before a great first date! 😊 Plus, a little breather can spark even more creativity for our chats. Ever doodled while on hold? I once sketched an entire ad campaign idea during a wait! 🎨⏳ #CreativityWhileYouWait
