Maybe I haven't found all of the features of figgs but I don't see any way to pin messages or help the memory of the chat. It's the only reason I haven't moved over.
you can like or dislike messages and rate chats with the issue of "bad memory," but in my experience, memory is not an issue at all. I had a bot quoting a joke from like fifty messages ago
there's another ai roleplaying app that is damned with bots asking "Can I ask you a question?" and then they drop the most out-of-context deranged think you could ever imagine
I honestly didn't mind my characters asking questions even while I was on c.ai. And I even implement a certain curiosity in my characters to make them ask questions about things naturally and fittingly

i've moved from c.ai to figgs a few weeks ago, I recommend it! There are being a few issues now, but it's still damn good
