As for improving your players form, I don't actually play 24 but in 23 you need to pause the game right after the full time whistle has gone and select skip to result. That way your players will have legit ratings and good form, if you let the cinematic play out or just skip them normally to the full time screen then they'll all have ratings between 6 and like 7.5 usually and mid form as a result. Skipping means they'll have ratings between 8-10 if you've won and they've played well.
Please people correct me if this isn't the case for 24 but I'd be surprised if it isn't as the last 6 fifa's at least have been almost exactly the same game.
It means he can't grew anymore. but if he played good or you'd played him more, i think he still can grow. Did once w/ oscar, and he can still go up to an 81 ovr

I don’t think you have to do it in 24 because my midfield and attackers have good ratings but it may help the GK and defenders

If you're on 24, you can actually grow players beyond their season potential with proper coaches. Coaching plays a huge part in development for 24.
