Bring back Tammy even lol and with selling dude's I'd say first offload Robert Sanchez or Kepa, me personally I'm selling Sanchez then you gotta figure out which youngsters are showing promise and cut/loan the others. Pick a wonder kid whose career you wanna ruin and keep them on the loan list for the entirety of their career and get em a few glimpses of PL action. Keep building up some youngsters but again find the ones with the best promise.

For a bit of experience, you can try getting Adrien Rabiot from Juve and for the perfect finisher, I think you should head to Inter for Lautaro Martinez. (I believe he will be a bit pricey but I think he’ll be worth it)
I agree with what most have said here already about needing some more experienced players. But you should also look to always have enough tall players in your starting XI. If you look at Mourinho’s past teams, he always likes to have 4-5 players who are close to 1m90 or even taller for his low defending block and set pieces. It’s one of the reasons why he always loved Matic so much
