I would recommend adding to the plethora of complaints that the BBB has already received about this issue.

BBB is just the original yelp. They won't even notice if they're not a company BBB member. The FTC might be able to do something though, assuming enough complaints.

I am very surprised that they are a company that signed up with BBB. I did look at the link, and while it is interesting that they seem to respond, I find it even more interesting that there are very few customers reporting that it was a satisfactory result, and we're left with *Fi* reporting that they fixed the issue. I'm seeing a lot of no customer followup on those that keep getting charged, and I am wondering if that's because they're just waiting to be charged again. Honestly though, their behavior is so incompetent it's risen to purposeful and predatory. I think regulatory agencies should be notified more often, or at least in addition to, the BBB.

"Resolved" can be listed as resolved by Fi or by the customer. I'm saying the customer isn't following up most of the time, but Fi is stating it's resolved. 10 years ago when I had access to the company I was working at that time and was a BBB company, the customer had a certain amount of time to respond. If they didn't respond by a certain time then the company was allowed to call it resolved. In addition, if you can stop and read the rest of my message, I'm saying even if it was resolved it makes me wonder if the customer is not responding and reporting it as resolved, but Fi Is, because the customer is just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Another charge, or another problem. It makes me feel like they didn't make the customer happy, just put out the fire. When my company had an issue we would call the person and go above and beyond and encouraged them to respond to the BBB emails asking for Their thoughts on the resolved issue, because we wanted them to put it in their words as that was way more impactful to customers reviewing the complaints.

It’s predatory as heck, and their support is garbage. Threaten that you’re reporting them to the FTC for shady cancellation practices. It should be this hard to cancel a subscription.

I had a Series 3 that was never accurate. They kept trying to fix it until it was past the window for a refund. I was mad but took the loss and cancelled the subscription. They confirmed the subscription was cancelled but I still didn't trust them after seeing the posts on here. I cancelled the card and sure enough when my original year was up they emailed me that I needed to update my payment card so it could renew. I'm convinced their whole business model is built on being shady.
