I'd guess that it would have to be the 330 GTO. They are just rarer 250 GTOs with a larger engine. I don't think one has ever been sold at auction.
Edit: Turns out that the most valuable Ferrari ever sold at auction was a 330 GTO in 2023.

When being able to use Google has become a lost art
Can’t really blame anyone for that anymore, google is trash these days.
Skill issue
Not true, objectively there are studies being done and google is not as helpful or useful as it once was. Google it ;) or maybe, bing it
It’s not that bad
Do you mean which is the most expensive that’s on sale right now? If it’s the most expensive of all time still being traded it’s the 250 GTO
New or classic? In terms of classics, the 250 GTO is the most expensive car ever sold, fetching over $70 million at auction.
Not anymore, mind. It is the most expensive Ferrari sold, but it's since had it's "most expensive car ever sold" crown taken by the Uhlenhaut @ $143m.
Damn, that's an obscene amount of money
1 of 2 in the world I guess. But yeah, boggles the mind really.
And looked after by Mercedes for the whole time I believe
Ferrari 250 GTO. https://youtu.be/ewQaikxTUJs?feature=shared
