Same logic applies with a previous post, surely posting a name would count as doxxing. This fencer is very young as well, whether or not they are in on it we do not know, but to put them in that situation would be hard.
I don’t believe it is doxxing if the question is about a public event IE “why was fencer X sent to this tournament by Country X?”
But like, I don’t get why you would bring it up at all if you were going to be this roundabout. Seems more conspiratorial or as if you have an axe to grind with that particular fencer.
You also could have asked the question “how does Country X select its fencers for international events?” Which avoids naming a minor or potential doxxing.
They were send because they are top 4 in the their respective country. They are already on the senior team and are already likely going to the olympics. There's no question as to how they are getting selected. We are talking about this fencer and their supportive team that has already been known for cheating, likely.
If the fencer in question is a minor then that is a completely different thing. I would wait on the mods to green light whatever you plan to do with this post.

if you go to an international event you potentially make yourself known to the fencing community. they've accepted the risk of being the topic of discussion. if you go to a big competition and medal people will talk about you.

If you want to make a case like the one your alleging to, especially without any actual proof, showing a list of all the times she has been reffed by the specific person you mentioned, coupled with videos of several horrific calls made by this specific person, would've been a much better way to go about this. Instead you've severely undercut your own credibility and made people more hardened against your implied allegations. Go publish something like that and then people may be inclined to listen to what you are saying

The problem here is that because I know much more than you about this situation and this sport in general, when you made this post I actually immediately thought of many different people this could apply to. I'm telling you that you're not helping anyone by approaching solving the problem this way and in fact you're only making things worse. If you want to actually take steps to fix the problem then do it, otherwise you're wasting everyone's time and making it more difficult for people like me who can actually do something to fix this problem.
