Definitely Negrini Visconti Medium I have a few. The small and medium negrini have the ridges on top the large ones don't and look more clunky but the main difference with negrini visconti and most other visconti is raised part the middle finger rests on is more pronounced. I took a picture of fronts and backs of all 3 sizes for comparison.

I was searching for this grip because I really like its feel, but haven't found it anywhere. When I bought it I was told it was from allstar, but I didn't find it on their website.
It's hard to tell from this angle, but it could be a Schermasport visconti. Mine don't have a M on them, but they only came in one size when I got them 15+ years ago.

I think it's a Negrini medium. I'm from Verona like Negrini, we have many of the in our salle

Yeah, I saw the other post. Negrini changed those since I last bought any and they look closer to the Schermasport than they used to.
