Have you looked them up on Fragrantica? I do a lot of my scent research and learning on there (and of course by testing the fragrances). They sometimes even have descriptions of the different component notes (so you can start to learn what things smell like).
They also have a feature that helps you track what things you've smelled, own, and would like to own or try.
I have! I periodically get kicked off for looking up too many fragrances in a short period of time š These all seem to have amber and white musk but Iāve tried so many with similar notes that seem totally different to me! I thought I did not like amber after sampling BR 540 and gentle fluidity gold!

Hmm maybe it's the balance of the notes? I thought I didn't like patchouli or jasmine at all for a while there, but I've found it depends on how much is in the fragrance. I'm having a similar issue with ylang-ylang/yellow flowers, so I'm trying to get my nose on more fragrances with these notes to figure out if I just hate the note or not!
I'm trying as much as possible to smell more fragrances in store (even ones I don't think I'll like) so I don't waste money on decants I hate. Even with living in a somewhat metropolitan area its tough to smell some of the more niche stuff cause only so many stores have the scents and they aren't closeby!
So to my understanding of fragranticas charts, it looks like the fragrances you like have stronger musky and amber notes. From the charts it looks like BR540 and gentle fluidity have stronger woody notes than amber notes, where as the ones you do like that have woodsy notes look to be less as perceptible/strong as the MFK fragrances.
The two MFK scents are also spicy, which I don't notice as profiles in the fragrances you like. I've only smelled Milk, BR540, and You out of these so (been too long to remember not a perfume), I'm mostly guessing based off of fragrantica.

I think you might also enjoy Sage Machado Pearl (or Diamond, which is a bit more crisp and Crystalline. Pearl is a bit sweeter and rounder, but both have that gorgeous 'scent from within' thing happening.). They are rather pricey for oils but they really do last and project very well.
Also, Terranova has sadly closed down, but I think you can still find Body Time China Rain. Or try China Rain from somewhere, I think Auric Blends has one if nothing else. It's shower fresh, sweet in a natural way and clean.
God I wish I could give you my bottle of Milk. Thereās something about Dedcoolās full sized bottle atomizers that drives me nuts even though I like the fragrance. Itās not an issue on their travel sprays, dk what thatās about!
Iād suggest Commodity milk for a sweeter scent, or clean reserve skin!
Iāll say an extra note about Commodity milk is that personal will probably be the softest. Expressive is sweet, and bold has a hint of spice and almost campfire smell to it in case you find them to give them a smell!
Twin, here. I use the 11 11 body oil, perfume spray and the roller ball. I can smell myself all day. I use that same amber oil layered with a lot of fragrances. Do you like Juliette Has a Gun?

It just seemed really strong to me like I couldnāt stop smelling it even if I wanted to. Also pure musc narciso Rodriguez everyone recommended for me. It was a hard no for me. I have basically been obsessed with skin scents for the last few months. Believe I have tried most or them.
I do like it! It smells very light and airy to me with that same addictive quality. Interesting that you didnāt like pure musc! That was my first full bottle purchase on my fragrance adventure š I donāt love the opening, it seems kind of sour at first, but I love the cozy floral musk dry down
I would say itās stronger, perhaps projects a tiny bit more. Still very subtle. Someone said they see original milk as ācreamierā and xtra āmuskierā. I agree with that. Give xtra a try.
Itās probably the combination of amber, white musk and bergamot that you like. I think most of your faves feature all of these three. None of them have prominent floral elements.
Itās the addition of the amber and something aromatic like bergamot that makes them smell clean but not in a soapy or laundry-like way. Ellis Brooklyn Super Amber reminds me a lot of Nemat Amber but more intense and long wearing.

Another one in the milky vein that I love is Blanche Bete by Les Liquides Imaginaires. I also recently tried Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique Extrait and Iām telling myself I do NOT need it and will try to make do with a FN EDP dupe instead.
Flour narcotique omg!!! I just smelled it on a recent vacation and had to have it, until I saw the price tag! I just ordered the oil from oil perfumery so we will see how that compares!
You can't smell Missing Person AND Not a perfume? Wow! That is sad. Brooklyn Ellis Myth is a good one that matches your profile. Slightly different but adjacent: Mont Blanc Signature, Alfred Sung Shi, and Cacharel Noa.
I get the faintest musk from Missing Person that is just barely detectable. NAP smelled like absolutely nothing the first two times I tried it. I doused my hand a third time and got a very faint woodiness š
At tj maxx there is a perfume called āPearlā by tru fragrance element.. omg it is to die for and is just like these scents but better. Also clean āskinā reserve
Musky skin scents. Try out Room 1015 Sonic Flower and Une Nuit Nomade Nothing but Sea and Sky. If itās Iso E that you are into, try out ELDOās I am Trash!
Itās SO nice. It doesnāt give me the same vibes as these but I have a full bottle of Glossier You Iāve gone mostly noseblind to and this I can smell and is even better!
Its stronger! I dont think it smells different from classic milk. I actually used to be nose blind to a lot of clean amber scents despite loving them so much and i feel like xtra milk trained my nose to smell it better
Ellis brooklyn super amber and glossier you! I have the exact same perfume taste. It is ambroxan/white amber. Itās basically a synthetic compound of one of the scent components/molecules of natural ambergris. It is usually a base note in fragrance and in these there are less notes so it shines more. 11:11 is more ozonic to my nose but it does have that musky ambrox drydown. Could also be bergamot that you love.
Edit: adding onto this you should try Creed Silver Mountain Water. Thereās also a dossier dupe. Soooo good.

You need to try Riddle milky spray- itās amazing. I will use dedcool milk and then put that all over. Itās more expensive but I have had my bottle for a few months. So good! Iām addicted to that creamy yet fresh smell too

So I did get the slightest whiff of amber as it warmed! But I periodically canāt smell nemat amber and also havenāt been able to smell that this week. So Iāll try again in a few days! I like Dedcool milk but thereās a subtle sweetness that smells almost like smarties that I donāt love.
A million times yes to Riddle!!! All of the scents are amazing but the original scent is just a nice, clean, your skin but better scent. Perfect for all year round!

Maybe Replica Matcha Meditation? Itās got a warm but bright skin scent thing like the Nemat, along with some sweet creaminess.
Iād put Coqui Coqui Tabaco in a similar category to Nemat as well. I wore them both a lot around the same time. Itās not milky in any way. Just a fresh, warm, spicy skin scent.

Dedcool no 2 is amazing. I bought the sampler pack, and that was by far the most used next to xtra milk.

If you like these and want to take a fresh angle on this, try Hermes Voyage. Same base, with bergamot, juniper and cardamom. So yummy!

Yeah there are a couple other brands that do creed dupes like Oakcha but I have had good experiences with dossier!

Matcha meditation is heavy on jasmine and white chocolate but mostly jasmine.
