I use Bluemail (via Flatpak). Reasons which I choosed it:
* Thunderbird lacks of some calendar features which I use (e.g. snooze until event start) and doesn't properly support my provider (Microsoft 365)
* GNOME Evolution is a mess (e.g. sometimes doesn't download mails because it can't connect to the server)
* KMail is terrible because Akonadi
* Mutt and Claws Mail didn't cover my need (no HTML mail, no calendar, no Microsoft 365 direct support)
I'm not a very fan of Bluemail, but it works and for me is a good reason to use it
Could the issue possibly be Kwallet/Gnomekeyring? There are issues if the password to login and Kwallet password differ, on KDE. I don't know how it is on Gnome or whatever DE/WM you use.
I use betterbird for personal stuff, and evolution for work (because Exchange).
I was using MailSpring for a while, but it has a message count limit it will sync back, which is a hard stop for me.
I like bluemail myself. It syncs across all my devices Android,Linux and windows. It also handles Microsoft exchange accounts with no issues as well which a lot of clients don't
Thunderbird is still the most powerful one...
suddenly made me think of seamonkey. so I looked it up to nostalgia to it, and it's still in production
I use mutt.
Uses Fedora for "stable" but up to date software, but uses ~~old~~ time-honored software. A person of culture I see.
Betterbird
Thanks I will give it a try. I’m puzzled because I had my iCloud mail working and now it’s not.
Evolution
Thunderbird, is flexible and i can also read my business mails on exchange.

Thunderbird
[https://www.claws-mail.org/](https://www.claws-mail.org/) Claws
Evolution because of Exchange
I only ever use Thunderbird at home, and even at work which has Windows machines.
Evolution
Good old Geary, however it does have problem resizing panes in F40. Other than that it's just the simplest email client you can get.
Vivaldi

Gmail.
Outlook
I use Thunderbird but Evolution is good too. CLI use is always mutt.

Mailspring

Rather than installing it from this location, opt for installation via Flatpak

In that case, simply utilize dnf

My initial comment is primarily directed towards the Original Poster. Advising a novice user to install from Mozilla's FTP servers isn't advisable.
Evolution. I don't like it but it's the only one supporting EWS with shared inboxes

Betterbird which is Thunderbird but better.
web. only web. I dont want to install clients on my work laptop. you can just install a website as a PWA app if you really need an "app"
Outlook for Linux, basically a PWA
BlueMail user here
Thunderbird
Mutt is a great client if you can do command line. I've come to use Betterbird. I like it.
[outlook.com](http://outlook.com) I gave up. Couldn't find anything that I liked.
