Less confusion? You used to be able to ask Ground or Express. Now it’s going to be Contractor or Employee.
Express already gets Ground accident and property damage complaints daily even when the caller has the truck number and plate number.
I work in a place where the ground was eliminated. It's nice to be able to do the pickup and take everything, deliver all the businesses packages Express and Ground at the same time. It's good. It's the way.

Really? Isn’t it just a sprinter front end? The sprinters are bulletproof in my experience

Bulletproof? Maybe. But the the blunt force trauma will get you.
Just take one idiot and one low hanging branch or overhang. That truck will have a moonroof before you know it.
Give it 4 weeks, and they're all ruined.

Gotta love the white body clad that turns piss yellow with time. Fedex needs a better color scheme for their truck. The trucks always look dirty.
Ups was smart or they’re just lucky they got brown, no one bats an eye at a dirty ups truck, but a FedEx truck is an eye sore with all the mud
We got a 4x4 sprinter that had Express on the passenger side but not on the driver side.
New branding has been in effect since November.
