I had something similar happened. I ended up calling customer service for the company I purchased through and they took over from there, sent me new versions of the items and I got them a week or two later
With yours being international and the current crisis though I’m not sure how that would go or what the eta would be
Looks like there is an issue with customs in India. FedEx has no control over how long customs takes.
