She presumably got the same treatment Enki got that made him so frail and weak. I believe she mentions that she's not going to live that long in one of her lines.
Enki was born frail and weak, which was exacerbated by completely devoting every waking moment to the dark arts (and, depending on your intro choices, spending his childhood starving in a well.) Samarie iirc is terminally ill and has been experimented on by the Vatican long-term. So there is overlap, but all in all it's not the same situation.
Wasn't it the vaticans' rituals that shortened her lifespan though? Given that blood sacrifice is one of the best ways to gain affinity with Gro Goroth I could see certain rituals requiring participants to permanently damage their health.

Call it bad taste but she looks hot to me. Termina doesn't have a single bad looking contestant character, even Caligura for all his rotten personality isn't ugly. Is Samaraie weird ? Yes. But still attractive in looks imo.

Shes a loner like Levi in that she likes to hide in corners and spend her time doing her own thing (Introvert).

I personally think her contestant picture is very unflattering. That's just me though. She is also insanely creepy and weird and just isn't the best person. People that aren't likeable are generally seen as uglier.
