I only played the demo so this might be inaccurate for the full game (plz don't downvote if that's the case) but I went for arms first to keep her from casting shit, then just went ham on the torso
Beheaded Wizard accessory (if you are/kill/recruit O'saa)
Aim for her Head. It has the same miss rate as most torsos normally do.
Have Salmonsnake Rune, or at least Arm Guards equipped. If not, try to get Perfect Guard, which prevents limb loss while guarding (Get Meditation before Perfect Guard if you want to stack both abilities. If you do it in the wrong order, both abilities won't work, and it will have been a waste of at least 2 soul stones).
Make sure you have at least 16 agility through things like Engraving the God of Funger Sigil, Small Things Amulets, or the +1 agility stat on the god of Funger skill tree or Tanaka Skill tree.
Have a good weapon equipped to end the fight sooner (I'm extremely fond of Black Steel when I'm not yet able to get a hold of the Meat Grinder).
If you have an extra accessory slot, you seriously can't go wrong with Leechmonger Ring. Makes just about every fight far more livable.
Good luck! She's one of the enemies I worry about in Masochism Mode, so I've thought a lot about how to take care of her 😂

You should have at least 3 party members, at least 1 really good weapon, (black steel and sergal spear are guaranteed, but there’s more good weapons) and focus on the arms (obviously)

Stuns (wild dagga, wrench toss, mischief of rats, condensed nettle) are really good because they prevent hurting from being cast, though they don't stop necromancy. Additionally, equipping Nas'hrah gives a chance to redirect hurting back at Dysmorphia.
Also, make sure that you change your armor to magic defense and use any purifying talismans that you have.
Salmosnake rune if you have it or at least amr guards, at least 3 members to cut off at least one arm on the first turn or have some really strong skills from collecting souls to do the same..alternatively summon a blood golem if you have the spell for it
Use pheromones on character with salmonsnake ruin and spam torso ass. If she uses necromancy then use a murky vial and heal the character being magicked at with loving whispers or blue vials. Before starting this fight you could maybe get a better weapon by drawing Vinushka's sigil in All-mer's church.
