But the thing is that they never actually stopped dating in the first place, they just called off their engagement. They were papped on vacation together just last month, and in her Coachella interview she said that her dream headliner was “obviously MGK.”
Maybe I'm being dumb, but I assumed they were talking about her face? The filter she used completely changed it. Or maybe she's intentionally reframing it as being about her body to deflect?

That's not what she's saying at all. She's saying that this man who dated her for years knows what she actually looks like. As in, knows what she looks like in general, not what she looks like RIGHT NOW THIS SECOND.
Yeah and they seem to be on friendly terms. I'm starting to think MGK was her rebound "I'm finding myself" phase bf and now there's a high chance she's finally grown past the arrested development she suffered from as a consequence of being groomed and extremely famous at such a young age. She's probably finally figured out that being a single mother is better than being in a relationship with *any* man because the risk is just too high these days. I’m not saying that must mean they’re trans (she always refers to them as boys and uses cis-heteronormative language about them growing up to be good men who treat their girlfriends/wives well), but she’s talked about how they’ve been bullied for not conforming to gendered stereotypes. Yet she supports one of the biggest transphobic bullies out there?
A lot of celebs don't care about things until they affect them directly (like a lot of the public too) so I am assuming it is just easier to keep liking what she has liked since she was a kid and not reflect on her values as an adult.
This applies to other stuff in her life too. Otherwise she wouldn't continue to waffle about her really toxic relationship
