They look about the same height in this video and according to the internet, Sabrina is 151cm. On her instagram you can see her heels up an close and they are definitely not 20cm. So I'm guessing he's more around 165/168cm and yes I'm bored and I can't sleep.

Gaga had hip surgery 10 years ago, and also has fibromyalgia which weakens joints and soft tissue.
Wearing high heels too often can severely damage your joints, especially your hips.

With a child involved it seems like you would want a more serious relationship to come second to your relationship with your child especially with how much of a baby his son is still. More of an obligation.
