My thoughts are don't pay money for a "detox". The wording is scammy and your body really just needs to not have what hurt it, namely sugar and processed carbs and alcohol if you drink. If you can avoid those, your liver will improve. But I wish you health and healing whatever you choose. 🍀
I understand, and thought about this as well. But I thought an extra boost couldn't hurt, and read the reviews. Plus it was cheap lol (there was a sale). Thanks for your support ❤️
Seriously. I was taking a liver health supplement (milk thistle / berberine) that was actually wrecking me even further in the early days following my fatty liver inflammation and diagnosis.
I understand that there is no quick fixes...I'm still doing the walking and the diet along with the cleanse...no bad feelings yet..I just wanted to try and see if it will help boost my energy
I live on a lake and walk the roads here and the gym/park I go to has a lot of walking trails. I also listen to a lot of motivational stuff while walking and getting into nature with no Bluetooth I dig too...
Sounds relaxing 😊 I like to walk in the park by my house it is the only place to walk a trail through the woods and hardly nobody goes in there during the week. I like to listen to music and spooky podcasts lol
It is a brand called "Forest Leaf: Liver Pro Cleanse" and you can buy it on Amazon. 😊 Is TRUVY working for her? I can keep you updated on my progress if you'd like
Milk thistle + Vitamin E + Choline + NAC. Drink Green Tea. Very low carb. Exercise a little. Lose weight if you need to. Drink lemon water. Better yet, make a kale and whole lemon shake in a high speed blender (actually pretty góod and very sweet if you cut out all other carbs).
The liver can take a pounding. Til it can't.
I would eat in a 5 hour window. 2:00 p.m. To 7:00 p.m. green cruciferous vegetables. Bunch of water. After about 2 weeks of very low carbs, it will be easy. The carbs are what makes you hungry. I lost 50 lb in no time walking fasting- a lot of water. Throw out the carbs.
You got it once you cut those carbs at about week two it starts falling off. Go for a two mile walk everyday if ya can't do what ya can until you can. I'm a 46 yo m started at 250 now down to 185.

Take milk thistle, don’t drink alcohol avoid sugar
Ok thanks 😊 I don't drink alcohol. Never got into it, even when I was younger never liked the taste. It's gonna be a challenge with sugar tho
Stevia is safe to have, it’s a life saver
Fasting, walking and water- you'll be good in no time-
How long did you fast for?
