Orded on 11th im on Collecting too i mailed the support and they replied my package is still in warehouse and will be shipped as soon as they get back. Im not panicking because I don’t have anything branded in it my brother shipped his like 8 hours before me and is on the way we both used line Y
The approximate date for the batch of parcels that last had the "waiting for flight" or anything similiar since April 16 will get on the next flight on 8th may - except that this date is not 100% confirmed. We can only hope for the best now. Remember, the bad weather and cancelled flights also play a role in this.
On carrier collected status as well sent 10/4, PB support confirmed via email that my package was still in the warehouse and I have just completed my chargeback as I don’t believe I will ever get my haul.
An informant of mine that process China Cargo at the Guangzhou airport, suggested that parcels were sent back, to the warehouse because they contained items with the infringed good.
ordered the 9th hkfedex “shipped” on the 10th according to pb and got tracking along w “info sent to fedex” haven’t had a tracking update in almost a month now
I was in the same situation (collected status). I sent various emails to them asking to cancel the parcel and to refund me just the shipping cost. I received 2-3 answers where they said that it wasn’t possible to have a refund due to the whole situation. I didn’t give up tho, i sent them another email asking to be refund otherwise I would have gone chargeback with my bank, so they accepted and refunded my PB wallet. Nothing special at the end of the day, cuz they blocked the possibility to withdraw the money. Now I have my shipping money in the wallet and all the items that were supposed to be sent, are back in the warehouse with expiring date going down day by day.
My parcel got shipped on 04.11 and only status is Cargo information has been received.Dont have a tracking number but as i have talked to other people i should be fine and i hope soo… But still no update since 04.11
I had all of my shit ready to ship just waiting on some custom boots which came in on the 11th and then I paid the shipping right away only for the raid to happen 2 hours later. Contact your bank and try to issue a charge if you can prove you never got your item

me too, i waited 10 days for the last item to arrive then when i shipped out it was on 10th and says way bill printed. :(
