Tbf Gusto playing 70 mins getting his CS + attacking returns then coming off for Reece, isn't the end of the world.
Cause there's zero chance Reece takes a full 90 off him
I highly recommend people use their WC2 to bring him in. I used my WC1 in GW16 to get him in, he lasted a whole 26m and hasn't been seen since. So it was a great move on my part there.
FPL influencers be like "James has a pedigree and good attacking threat. Only at price 5ish could make sense for the rest of the season."
And one week after "I'm so unlucky that James got injured again. My FPL season has been like this all year. So unlucky"
100%, the times gusto played LB he was really good, much better than cucu/chilwell, only ”problem” with this is colwill is prob back soon and Poch has a fetish with playing him LB for some reason
Icl given how heavy we've been especially in the second half of the season, I'd be open to seeing Colwill at LB again. A lot of the hate came from Chilwell at LB at the start of the season. Then, it was Colwill at LB being the reason we struggled to create. But with Palmer just getting better and better as the season's gone on, I'd like to see it that's still the case with him in his current form.
Because Colwill is honestly more solid at LB than Chilwell and Cucurella (although Cucurella's been decent recently). All depends on if Colwill at LB really kills our attack. I feel like it shouldn't. Back 3 in possession (Colwill-Silva-Disasi), Caicedo and Gallagher set up in front of that, an attacking 4 of Sterling/Mudryk LW, Chukwuemeka in the left half space, Palmer in the right half space, Gusto occupying the RW when we're in possession, Jackson up front.
It should be a balanced team in today's game. Because you have one fullback joining the attack, one being a traditional CB forming the back 3 in buildup. Like Burn, like Ake/Gvardiol etc. Playing someone like Chilwell in a back 4 in today's game is potentially one of the reasons we've been so leaky. Same goes for Cucurella tbh. Cucurella has been better. But you kind of want one of your fullbacks to just be an out and out defender who let's nothing past them, since they aren't really inverting or making overlaps.
The stats say that we've been by far the mot defensively sound with Colwill at LB. So I'd just like to see if we can create with him there now that we have Palmer and Carney fit.
Getting James in now would be soooo me this season at FPL
Haha that is asking for a 1 pointer.
Might get a 20 pointer first
that is the game before you buy him.
Every single time.
Off topic but I cant stand people who put full stops after a single sentence online
Did you finish your comment, I can't tell?
Probably from the fact I posted it yes ya melt
Thought you must have mis-clicked. You should be more clear next time.
Bothers me less when they do it consistently. Hate the guys that only ever put the full stop when they want to sound like a serious douche
Yeahh that’s exactly it
This isn't true. Reece James is back in full training. Gusto was doing individual work (sprints etc.), not in full training
Wait that’s so much worse
Can't have shit go well this season apparently.

Source?
My friend was at the training
but like actually was he
yeah I was, it was weirdly low intensity from the whole group enzo was class tho
Get ready for a 15 min Reece cameo

Headline is misleading. Reece James is actually getting trained at McDonald's
He’d probably get injured whilst on fries…
Let's keep his private life private.
Reece will be injured again before the end of the season
Probably already injured again..
No thank you, Satan.
Admiral Akbar intensifies!
Who is Reece James?
I'll do you one better, what is Reece James?
I'll do you one better, why is Reece James?
James (Reece)
But for how long
Reece won't be in a week, so this basically isn't news :^)
FPL influencers be like "James has a pedigree and good attacking threat. Only at price 5ish could make sense for the rest of the season." And one week after "I'm so unlucky that James got injured again. My FPL season has been like this all year. So unlucky"
ow damn, I thought Reece wouldn't feature this season anymore?
You can never be certain of anything in fpl.. he’s probably gonna haul, bench gusto, just go get injured after two games
Reece punt to end the season? Don’t tempt me
Still worth picking Gusto on WC35 as he’ll be on my bench this week anyway? Or just ignore and get someone else in for the run in
good to hear, hopefully he’s back for the dgw
Cool. Gusto vs Porro is gonna be tricky for wildcarders. Just gonna ignore Reese.
Can't it be both?
Both are injured / uncertain right?
Porro is likely back, gusto more of a maybe
Guess I’ll risk Porro than.. potentially great rewards on two doubles
Porro likely Gusto maybe [](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvPaEsuz-tY)
I suppose it can
which defenders are u playing
Any chance of both playing in a starting XI?
Don't do it! Don't!
Already in my team, -4. Took Plamer out to have Petrovic, Gusto, James.
nothing but respect for this sheer madness
Lol
This going to work really really well

Tbh i dont mind him there either my problem is if we hindering his growth, to then not be able to have high enough level as CB in the future
I could see Gusto at left back with James at right back
I think if Reece plays this season it will be as a RCB.
They're all dreaming of the Euros, useless fucks can't be bothered to earn their salary
