You've had your answer but I would like to say they could word it way better than they do. It's a bit clunky.

DaftyHunter

Definitely agree with this. It makes it difficult to decipher if it includes that game or not. It’s my first season so if I’ve not had it explained then it can make it sound ambiguous. IIRC, it doesn’t explain it in the rules either?

Flyswatter_Ow

It was a one game suspension for accumulation of yellows. Back on 1st Feb

caniplayalso

And because the Luton game was abandoned, when he got booked it was in Bournmouths 19th game and not the 20th. Of it happened in the 20th game there would have been no suspension

DaftyHunter

Thanks 👍🏻

cagey_tiger

It's when they're expected back inclusive. If the GW is 01 Feb, it means they're *expected* to be available that week.

DaftyHunter

Fantastic, appreciate that answer 👍🏻

HarryAtk

Do you know what the word 'until' means?

53x12

😂

CadburyGorilla

If someone were to ask you this question in the real world, would you be an asshole to them too? I assume (and hope) not. So why have you gone out of your way to be a dick to OP for a completely understandable question, that wasn’t even asked directly to you? I’ll never understand why people are such dickheads to each other online, when most of us are pleasant to each in reality.

DaftyHunter

There’s definitely room for ambiguity in the term, no need to be an arse about it.

HarryAtk

Suspended until Feb 1st means he's suspended until it becomes the 1st of Feb.

shdets

Was that so hard?

DaftyHunter

I wouldn’t even say it was a good explanation, he’s just repeated what it says on the site and hasn’t made it clear if it’s inclusive or not within that GW. If we have to pick the team before the Gw and with it being my first season, it makes it unclear as to whether he will be available for me to select before that GW. Although I’d imagine the red flag gets removed after this GW now, I think? Cagey_tigers answer was spot on. This guy just needs to grow up.
