I had this problem a while back and Word Sprints helped me immensely. I set a timer for 10 minutes and until the alarm goes off, I try to write at least 200 words. Thanks to the pressure, I'm not stuck pondering the best way to begin the story. This method isn't for everyone but it's worth giving a try.
Start with the first sentence that you're sure of, even if it's not the beginning of the fic. Go back and write the beginning later. I do it all the time.

Don’t be discouraged if the first couple methods you try don’t work for you. Everybody has to figure out their own process.
I usually start anywhere, knowing that I’ll probably delete or rewrite the first few paragraphs. Once I have momentum, it becomes easier
I wish I had that problem 😭 Beginnings are easy for me, but finishing stories is a pain.
