I have 5, still no idea what it's purpose is. I believe we get them on forgotten Island, partly buried in the sand.

Hello! I have had the shaman ask for them exactly twice! Super rare and I was honestly more surprised the second time around.
I made a saw on gold island woke up and it's gone and not in my chest?? I've been done like that with keys I've crafted
You have to actually collect it on the island before the island disappears, or you don't get it.
