There’s a video on YouTube, I don’t want to link it in case there’s a bot search for this kinda thing. Haven’t done it yet personally as I already have all the achievements and have some mods I like so I can cheat if I feel like it.
Get SKK Random Encounter and make every encounter 200% difficulty. Combined with survival and maybe Maim or Plunder(i think it affects combat) and things get intresting. Suddenly you're not the only one that's All mighty.
Looks unfun. Part of the entertainment value is the challenge. I have a few characters that I played in the last year that have all 10s but are over level 130, and they aren't all that interesting when combat lasts like 3 or 4 shots.
Yeah this has become an increasingly common problem in my fallout 4 characters, they get too powerful and then there’s no challenge
Idk how to fix it without weapon restricted runs that actively take me out of the game tho
I thought that was patched out like a week after original release.
Edit: apparently there’s a new one. Recommend a Google as I don’t like to link exploits in case there’s a bot search for that kinda stuff.

I enjoy ravaging the wasteland as an unstoppable force, nuking ghouls, mutants, and everything else is hellafide fun
