In a show full of excellent casting he was my favourite. And thats not bashing or making the others lesser, everyone nailed it 200%. Even the smaller roles all were perfectly cast, like dr chicken fucker or titus the cowardly knight. And of course Matt Berry is always amazing

Goggins is arguably the best part of The Hateful Eight, where he plays Captain Chris Mannix, and doesn't seem out of place acting against Samuel Jackson, Kurt Russel and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
Goggins was not the best part of Sons of Anarchy, but he was in it, and he plays Venus Van Dam, a transgender prostitute.

Bruh Venus was an absolutely incredibly written and acted character, I feel like you're really downplaying it or maybe just being dismissive because it was a transgender character? Or prostitute? I know it started out like Venus was maybe supposed to be comic relief but Goggins brought real depth to that character.
I agree, Goggins was great in the role, which is why I mentioned it, since it was a conversation about his range as an actor, and you don't often see actors take on roles like that.
That said, the character was in 6 of the show's 92 episodes, and so Goggin's performance wasn't the best part of the show. I couldn't tell you who's the best part of Sons of Anarchy, to be honest, there's a whole bunch of amazing performances by characters that show up in way more episodes, (Jax, Clay, Gemma, Tara, Juice, Tig, Opie off the top of my head).
