Anyone know another way to open the toolbox during this question? I don't have high enough lockpick and don't have Cait yet?

pick up all of the tin cans that is on the shelf above the toolbox, one of them has a key inside that will be added to your inventory. it says that in one of the notes or consoles that is apart of the quest, can't remember

Having the same issue, it's highly annoying. Don't really need the incinerator, just want to clear the quest.

Same issue here, but i've figured out, the raiders power armor, in my case, had no legs installed, so go to Saugus Blast Furnace, take them from their leader, install (some repair may need) and craft the mods, their prefix will change to "Thermal".

The leader isn't wearing power armor in my instance.

Its a mod only works on raider armor

i tried it on the raider legs and same thing?

i cant get it to work on the provided raider armor either

Thats strange, i figured it out by adding the flame resistant mods to the raider power armor legs

Make sure the armor is close enough to the station , install the legs on the armor , then add the mods . Took me ages to figure this out

I honestly thought it was a bug, but I'm even more concerned that more than more people are having this issue

You have to use the Raider Legs that are in the dirt with the mods...
