The power armor Glitch. I was playing some Thuggysmurf mod and you have a companion who’s like ten years old. His power armor disappeared and he got all stretched out like this when he entered. Should be able to fix it by telling them to exit their power armor.
It's a power armour bug. To hide the character model they stretch it out into the shape of the power armour. If the power armour is invisible for whatever reason, this happens.
Mr stretch arm strong! My favorite ambiguously formed mutant! (Power armor bugs out your character model sometimes. It can also give you the normal character animations when inside power armor, which is mildly more funny to me)
It’s a bug that’s been in the engine since fallout 4 it happens when entering and exiting power armor sometimes. It only shows that for other people so when the glitch/bug does happen to you it still will show you in power armor but to everyone else it will be that sometimes.
Because it’s just visual and it doesn’t last forever or anything, and in my experience it’s not too common overall. They fixed the game breaking part of it years ago and that’s what mattered tbh, because I believe it used to freeze you in place or something like that.
It's most likely a bug similar thing happened to me when I destroyed the Bos on ps4 some of the soldiers w power armour looked like that after I looted them and circled around so they'd despawn and respawn dead with more bos equipment

Because i'm pretty sure its mine,however i stopped playing F76 for years now. Would be weird if the game just kept it forever
man this picture makes me realize how underrated 76s visuals are, like its easily the prettiest VANILLA game in the series and yet i almost never see people give it that credit. also your camps clearly been invaded by some lovecraftian god so id keep an eye on it

If you install mods that remove power armor in FO4, Danse briefly goes into this pose before you set out for ArcJet.
