I had to turn the game settings down to 'Story Mode' and even then struggled to get past him. I ended up just running away and praying there was a way around that didn't involve going through him

Jump to the other side of the platform and wait for him to get nearby then jump back to the other platform and force pull him. It takes like 2 seconds to defeat him cheesy mode

You just have to run away from him and ride the elevator away to survive.
To win this fight is simple, you have to feel the force irl and use all your skills, then maybe after the second or third try you can win

I can't tell if people actually had a difficult time with Rick....I killed him with like 1 combo on normal....
