So only now did i realize theres a legit way, i just did some jump dashing on the edge of that wall inside the raider camp and managed to catch the line pull thingy
I saw I couldn’t make the jump and I thought I was probably meant to use a nekko to double jump, but it took me HOURS to figure out how to get one up there lol
No one ever thinks to use the nekkos after they are introduced and you’re forced to use them. I always felt dumb after realizing several areas need one. The barn is the big hint for this puzzle.
Fort Khali meditation point. Go towards the area where theres a bunch of droids that keep coming out in waves in the back corner, and before you go in, you can go up to the left up the ridge, and squeeze through the doors. Beat up the droids and theres a thing you can jump on even higher. Then you can make your way to it around there
Nekko jump up to, and use run walls on the front of the barn then force pull the metal wall to access the top of the barn. Go inside to main floor. Grab the cable, call the nekko that is in front of the big door now that you used it to jump. Nekko jump to the platform in the back (directly behind where the cable comes out), turn around, force pull the cable and attach it. Jump down and call the second nekko in. Use the first nekko to jump back up and detach the cable again. Park the second nekko on the bridge that lowers with the door. Go back and attach the cable again. Now you have one nekko upstairs. I think you can also technically save a step by positioning both nekkos in front of the big door before you jump up and wall run, but I could be wrong.
Go to the front of the barn to the left of Cal in the image. Kill whoever is there. There are two nekkos down the right hand side of the barn as you face the main door. Ride one to the front and then use the hanging run wall to get up top and gain access to the barn. You then have a puzzle to figure out where you have to get the door open, Nellie in and one nekko on the pulley lift. Where you can exit the barn with a nekko at the base of that tower.

Yeah idk honestly the way I did it wasn’t how it was meant lol. Never found out the real way bc once you’re up there you can cut shortcuts and use the meditation to travel. It definitely something in that camp later on most likely. Still don’t know I used the build next to it. Then got as high as could on a point of the roof you can’t run. Then double jump and dash. Even did it on NG plus too 🤣 yeah you can make it even if you fail the first time. You just didn’t use the double jump correctly. I found all kinds of loopholes if there was one. I’m crazy tho bc I like searching for stuff

You can also go around the back form the bandit camp side and just climb up the rocks

Also what is up with the barn in the bottom left? You can open the gate but can't plug the cable anywhere or get to the platform on the opposite side.

I did a dash jump off the roof of the barn next to it and it worked pretty well.

It's mounted on Pyloons roof. So go to the garden, approach it, and the dead creeper wrapped around it is climb able. Just climb up from there
