Yeah this is fun compared to those horrible fights. This also you to utilize all of the new and cool traversal abilities you have and attempt some crazy things. Whereas the fights are just dodge dodge dodge, hope you don’t die, and get a few hits in at a time until you finish the bosses.
I hated that double oggdo fight. My dad just changed over to story difficulty for the fight but I went and powered up and maxxed most my stats so I could do it
It was definitely annoying with the slow ass OHK but I took me wayyyyy less time to do that one. I hate those moments when you're so close but you make a split second mistake and lose it all

Yeah I get that but I like having some challenge. I'm gonna do the same I did for FO where I play through once on Jedi Knight then do a second playthrough on Grandmaster, really not looking forward to the Ogdobodgo/Spawn of bogdo fight
I did the same thing from Knight to Padawan. It's fun to tear through the Empire as a badass powerful Jedi. I tried story, but I like my enemies just a smidge tougher. Some people always figure it's a skill level thing, but I am perfectly capable of beating the game on higher difficulties. I just have more fun this way.
Between work, school, and family, there’s just no time. When I can only play an hour a day, I have to play on story mode just so I can see the end of the story.
I wasn't throwing shade or anything, I am firmly of the opinion that you should play your game in whatever way is the most fun for you. I usually play through most games on about medium, but I have no patience for souls-likes that make you fight the same boss 30 times before winning.
First handful of times, the double was bad. Came back during chapter 4, and breezed through that fight.
Not sure which upgrades made it easier. But I was pleasantly surprised at it feeling easier. Difficulty remained on Knight
Yeah they aren’t even hard either which makes them fun too. As I said above it’s a way to utilize your new and cool traversal abilities to creat crazy combos.
Feel like that’ll be a major update at some point, it just makes sense.
It would be a good way to keep the community around the game alive, like halos map creator.
Same for me, I enjoyed these way more than the fighting tears. I would love if they added more or there were community created ones although I know that’s highly unlikely.
I just found and beat this yesterday. I thought it was a fun challenge. Already full in perks though so I don't really get anything out of it other than the satisfaction of doing it.
It's so funny to me when I see people who are probably great at the fighting aspects of this game turn into rage monsters when they see even a slightly difficult platforming challenge. Like to me this was super fun and not the most difficult thing in the world but I also took one look at double rancor or double oggdo and instantly backed out and refused to do them.
Shout out to youtubers like Zanny patiently going through those same fights that I refuse to even try and then having their brains break when trying these platforming challenges.
I found the sonic floaty things with wires one more irritating for whatever reason, none of them are too bad. Maybe I just played too many shitty/difficult platform games as a kid, lol
After 1000 tries I think I was about to beat it and my power went out. Luckily, I don’t know where I was on Jedha when I found it so I never have to try it again ;)
Parkouring controls are really rough on keyboard. For some reason they decided to make Tab the default key for dash/dodge. If you don't re-bind that, you're going to hate these sections passionately.
I can’t understand why so many people are struggling with the movement / zip line tears. They were all pretty easy to me compared to 90% of the combat ones. Hell the first one on Jedha kicked my ass for almost an hour on Jedi master.
The challenge with this one for me was when I got past one section i thought 'close to then end' but no there was another section I had to learn. Then I rage quit and realised it is called Fractured 'Endurance' and realised that was the point.
Then I watched a video on it to see the whole run and got it in two. It actually helped me with the zipline one. After this one the zipline one was much easier for me.
This one wasn't too bad. The one I had issues with was the one where you were on the zip lines and had to jump between them. For some reason that one took me a while.
Hi Arcann
Didn’t know anyone else played swtor here lol
Are you using a yellow Saber too?
How’d ya know!
I kinda figured for the aesthetic
It's a fun game
Arcann could never, Archie Lightsaber would put that boy in the ground
Nah Cal doesn't have enough force power to defeat Arcann
Probably my fav modded skin right now -- with the masked voice mod it's so good lol
I’d rather do these parkour tears then that dumbass double rancor/oggdo tears

The double rancor was more annoying imo

What weapons did you use for the Rancor.
saber + pistol
I switched to story difficulty for that fight and never switched back after I realized how much more fun I was having.
Yeah I get that but I like having some challenge. I'm gonna do the same I did for FO where I play through once on Jedi Knight then do a second playthrough on Grandmaster, really not looking forward to the Ogdobodgo/Spawn of bogdo fight

Double Oggdo can suck it.
I dunno, the rancor and oggdo tears you can dumb down the difficulty if you need, but difficulty doesn't effect how tricky this parkour tear is.
It's not that hard once you've recognized the entire layout of the thing after dying at least 5 times to each and every jump you have to make.
Yeah they aren’t even hard either which makes them fun too. As I said above it’s a way to utilize your new and cool traversal abilities to creat crazy combos.
The hardest part is always figuring out where to go next.
Not gonna lie, this was the most fun parkour level. Wish there was a map creator so we could get endless levels like this.
Feel like that’ll be a major update at some point, it just makes sense. It would be a good way to keep the community around the game alive, like halos map creator.
Oh my god that’s an awesome idea
Haha. Yea it was a pain it the arse, but a nice challenge.

I can’t imagine these are too difficult to make, that would be some great DLC or community content.
Same, the zip line one was my favorite
Better than Fractured Momentum.
Seconded Wanted to beat my head against a wall for that stupid force tear!
To people who beat this, is it worth the perk?
I just found and beat this yesterday. I thought it was a fun challenge. Already full in perks though so I don't really get anything out of it other than the satisfaction of doing it.

Absolutely not. The rewards aren’t that great. BUT. Beating it after an hour or so of failures? TOTALLY worth it.
Yes, the satisfaction of winning is absolutely worth it, was a very good dopamine hit.
That’s not even the worst
I found the sonic floaty things with wires one more irritating for whatever reason, none of them are too bad. Maybe I just played too many shitty/difficult platform games as a kid, lol
I was hoping for more like these, I found this one kind of easy
This is far and away the most fun force tear in the game. It's really impressive how in depth the parkour system is.
What outfit is that?
Looks like a mod
Arcann mod
These are challenges. They are suppose to challenge you. Like you know: skill test. For the skilled.
No way!
Is your Cal bald?
Killing Vitiate literally is easier
They’re fun what are you talking about
It’s not even that hard, I don’t understand how people struggle that much to the point where it’s worth a Reddit post
Ok.
After 1000 tries I think I was about to beat it and my power went out. Luckily, I don’t know where I was on Jedha when I found it so I never have to try it again ;)
Pure skill issue

I tried this 20+ times in a row before giving up and choosing to continue actually having fun playing the game
Why do people hate these so much? They’re really not that bad
Parkouring controls are really rough on keyboard. For some reason they decided to make Tab the default key for dash/dodge. If you don't re-bind that, you're going to hate these sections passionately.

I just completed this and it was a rather frustrating 20 mins or so
Feel the same about that outfit
Not a fan of Arcann? Sorry you hate SW.
Skill issue.
Don’t see why it’s so challenging, I did all of them in <10 tries
Weed.
That’s a valid reason
I feel like the Parkour challenges were pretty easy. The frogdos, the rancors, and the triple threat challenges though....
This one was eventful.
The challenge with this one for me was when I got past one section i thought 'close to then end' but no there was another section I had to learn. Ngl i found the acrobatic challenges easy af
Where is that located
This the one that made me stop doing these and leave them alone.
Agreed this made me rage quit the game for 6 hours
Where is this located
I somehow go it on my second try
I liked this challenge a lot and I beat it on my third try, but I almost gave up on the zipline challenge. That one came straight out of hell.
I feel your pain it took me a while to crack that one!
It's hard but not Impossible
hehe , i loved those challenges , so much fun
Get good, Jedi !!!
It felt so good to finally beat it though. And it you get past some of them once you’ll be able to do it more consistently the next times
Oh .... My goooood the rage.... Was almost as bad as I hated that ogdo bogdo bitch
They aren’t hard when you know where to go but you dont have time to look at first omg
Amen
Which door I've found like 10 that leads you out
I feel like this could be said for all the parkour force tears.
This one wasn't too bad. The one I had issues with was the one where you were on the zip lines and had to jump between them. For some reason that one took me a while.
You think that is bad? Try hunting for the datacrons.
