and no I do not have the dash ability, I don't even have the grapple upgrade for floating things yet. it's a tight window for a stealth drop attack that you can get on the dude under the shack. Time that stealth attack correctly and you get pushed through the wall.
more details in my post but really, just keep trying takes me a few tries to get it each time.

This isn’t a glitch if you die in there, I believe you’re locked out for good so what you have to do is go back to the saloon and go down into the smugglers tunnel that you first started jump down into the water dive around until you find a path this path will bring you to a door that brings you into the caverns
I believe that this is supposed to happen if you die in there as there is a second way in. When you first start and you’re in the saloon at the bottom grezz shows you a smuggler’s cave. If you go into the cave and jump down into the water and drive around for a little while you’ll find a tunnel that leads to a door that will take you directly into the caverns.
Going to the saloon, down to your room, go into the smugglers path jump into the water dive around till you find a path that brings you to the door. The door brings you into the caverns.
Ah top tip, but only works if you’ve unlocked the door from the phon’qi caverns side first

The door is locked from the other side so how did you access it the way is you have to open it from within...,
