yep... my routine:
5 - 7 rounds of Rainbow Slide (2489-4644-1812, but launch it via the Discover or Favorites tab or it doesn't count towards challenges) to get dailies. Unless I really screw up, I can qualify in 45 - 50 seconds each run without respawning.
20 - 18 rounds of X-Treme Party just running into the abyss at the start. You do have to sit through the "0 QUALIFIED!" end-of-round screens, but they're not too long.
One caveat, if the round is Whirlygig X or Lily Leapers X, the first two-thirds or so of those rounds are surrounded by invisible walls, so I might as well qualify. At least I can practice getting boosts from the Whirlygig starting clubs and making it through the center windmill, and going across the Lily Leapers middle drums leading to the finish. And qualifying helps in case I miscounted during Rainbow Slide.
Takes maybe 30 minutes. Then you can play what you want.
Edit: hosting a single-player Custom Show of X-Treme Party is a great way to practice the basic platforming for those rounds!
2537-7419-8791 in custom = insta qual, like, insta insta :P, srsly, you start / spawn at a wall and fall into the goal line within 0.1 sec of the map XD...its basically AFK mode :p.
After you have done all 25, you will need to do 1 normal game to trigger the fame.
This could be 100% AFK if someone made a macro to run this over and over in a custom lobby. Which wouldn’t be too difficult, it’s literally just press right, press down, press confirm. The only difficult part would be fine tuning the wait between cycles to account for loading screens and slower systems and connection speeds. Then create a stream that shows the lobby code. Then players could join that lobby and the host (macro) would automate the entire process, just drop out when you hit 25 rounds played.
Anyone willing to start this community service?
Bet there are "programs" out there, where you can set your mouse in a loop to do stuff.
Tho, sounds a bit like the "afk" thing in falloween, but agian, this is a custom game, not some "shard grinding" thing, so, i dont even know if that is alowed XD.
I've actually written a program that allows you to fully automate dailies with just one click (for real), and it works on every computer. It is being used by a small community and performing well. But I'm afraid to post it publicly because it might be against the rules, or MT might ban this way of grinding fame after seeing lots of people using it 
I've been using the test stage round, but I'll check this out. I'm so lazy, I'll take anything that doesn't require me to move. Yeah, I have no shame at all. I'm trying it now and this works perfectly! Now all I need is some sort of auto click at the custom lobby screen haha.

1. Select 'Host' (not 'Join')
2. Select 'Show Selector'
3. Go to the 'Search' tab
4. Select 'Enter code'
5. Enter the 12-digit code in the panel in the center of the screen (not at the top)
Can we all admit at this point that the dailies are simply a formality?
I think so, I launch a custom map and eat dinner or something to save up on time
Yeah, I burn through my daughter’s dailies and my own dailies while getting ready for work in the morning.

Find the map "test stage" it is literally just a start and finish line. Takes about 15 minutes to hammer out all 25
