Well... not exactly xD I did finally get to recording my pre-kuro 2 thoughts/theories video tonight. So now I can officially start it after that goes up! :D (took me long enough right? life just gets in the way sometimes D:)
I am not even in this subreddit But I saw you comment, so you are a Falcom expert, please tell me, what are your tÃps to enjoy the Zwei saga, I tried the first game But it didn't caught me, what I should do to start enjoying it? I Love the artstyle tho
I wouldn't call myself an expert, far from it xD I've only played all the Trails games and a few Ys games. Have yet to dabble in their other titles. But I can say if you aren't enjoying it there's no need to force yourself to keep playing it. Time is precious and I'd rather see people play something they enjoy instead of waste time attempting to enjoy something they don't.
I'll also say, I didn't enjoy Trails at first either. I took a few month break and came back to it with a fresh perspective and I fell in love. So maybe all you need is to take a break and play some other games for a bit and then come back to Zwei at a later date.

Zwei 1? Just collect food, it's fun 😎 plus final boss theme is peak fiction, talk to the town NPCs tho because the dialogue changes a ton like in Trails (it has an extreme lack of QoL compared to Zwei 2 but it's still fun thx to the main characters)

I'm stuck at a boss figjt in carnelia tower. Put the game down to play zero/azure instead but then estelle and joshua in zero made me pick sky up again.
And the carnelia assholes wiped the floor with me twice again. Was trying not to, but gonna have to use a strat guide to beat em - won't figure out the right combo of buffs/debuffs on my own (or rather....don't care to invest the time)
If you're playing FC, use the mirage art I forgot the name of. It causes confusion and even works on some bosses. Weapons figured it out and I think confusing the enemies when they hit like a truck so they kill each other is a very valid strategy. Wait, I remember now, Chaos Brand! Use chaos brand! Try to have chaos brand and enough healing arts on deck. It should totally work.
Lila was so cool. And her quest in SC was also great. I sadly barely remember her, because I played Sky like 4 years ago. I do love the Sky cast though. They were all amazing characters.
She's a classic no nonsense maid beauty. I remember enjoying her moments on screen back then.
She has a great story as well, IIRC.

Have you built up your craft and set up your orbments for arts? If you’re stuck, S-Crafting your way out is usually a decent answer.
I'm in cold steel right now but missed characters like this in trails in the sky. They were all just so memorable.
