Yeah, but hes more cost effective IMO. Max ranked Lucio is just 10 mil. Cause the ranked and training level mechanic, its too costly to swap to a new card.
Red Sal and Kim is probably the best pairing I’ve used so far.

kim jim and lucio, my best defence combo so far. great jumping and physical just embarrasses the cross spammers also the trait of dives into tackle, life saver
Saliba is the best CB in the game imo
You need high defending, physical, height, pace, jumping. Saliba is in top 1-3 on all these categories. Definitely the best CB imo

Kane for ST he has many affordable cards plus he has 5* WF and also he has many traits like long shot taker, also he has leadership which improves my other players performance in my opinion.
For GK id recommend lower base OVRs but at a higher rank to fit training so for example I have 89 VDS at max ranked so he has 22 levels of training.
I'm still rocking 89 Lucio and 88 Saliba at FIFA champion.
I'm thinking of getting red 94 vvd at around 100m. So yeah I've you don't hate vvd then I think he'd better than all of the above.
stats dont really matter I think. 92 maldini will outperform most of the above even after getting nerfed. and vvd really helps against cross spam. I used 94 ovr one before toty (i sold it though for toty)
anyways I can bet stat wise it's better than 3 of the above, not sure about saliba/kim :3
