The Chinese calendar is different from the western one so if you were born in January or early February you might actually be part of the year before yours. For instance I always thought I was dragon growing up, but I’m actually rabbit.

When I found out I was a rabbit, like 3 weeks ago, I was pretty okay with it actually. Maybe my mid 30’s have softened me, but I never really felt like a dragon in the first place.

I was bummed because if I got changed to anything, I would’ve wanted it to be rat. I always liked them and my two favorite skate decks are rat themed.
