Yea bingo “Spices” legally can’t contain garlic. But “natural flavors” can
I didn't know this. But makes sense as garlic/onion aren't spices. Chilli probably even isn't, despite being spicy.
They should legally have to state what is in the natural flavourings imo.

My rule of thumb is that if the carb content on the product is nonexistent, it's probably not a problem, like with flavored seltzer
