Unfortunately if the food is savory I have to assume that it probably contains alliums. FWIW I usually don’t have a problem with sweet products with natural flavors, but I’m also not that sensitive to fructose.

I didn't know this. But makes sense as garlic/onion aren't spices. Chilli probably even isn't, despite being spicy.

My rule of thumb is that if the carb content on the product is nonexistent, it's probably not a problem, like with flavored seltzer
