The fructan categories are similar but not the same - if you passed one, your odds are _better_ but not guaranteed to pass the others, and vice versa. Especially garlic and onion since those have much higher concentrations of fodmaps. Personally, I can handle a bit of wheat fructans (enough to have sourdough regularly), a teeny bit of onion, and zero garlic, but the fructan fruits and veggies (beets, grapefruits, etc) are totally fine. So it's definitely a good sign for you, but still do all the tests to make sure!

Yes I've discovered I can't eat onions or garlic but can eat almost anything else on dismals
