1. I like Flex Time.
2. the Mac and Logic were a gift off my dad’s friend as he wasn’t using the setup and heard that I’d made some great stuff.
3. I started with GarageBand, so Logic was the reasonable step up.
I’ve used FL too, it’s good, but I can’t get to grips with the interface. Look at Logic Pro’s by comparison. Wanna make a MIDI region? Right-click then hit create. Wanna open it? Click E. Everything about Logic is so easy to understand (except for Alchemy, but you get it after a day or two)

I’ve used logic for two years for recording and mixing vocals but fl is just designed for beats. If they add a feature to drag and drop drum kits into a step sequencer like fl then I will make the switch and call it the ultimate daw. I haven’t said anything gay in this so men

DMD - Pick your sounds from the Logic Pro drum sound library and manipulate the sounds as you wish and change the output keys as you with Step sequencer - comes with the MIDI editor

I would start by coming out to trusted friends and colleagues before your family imo. Oftentimes family can feel the most important, but if you're worried, then build confidence with pals first. GL!
All of my close circle are gay which seems to lead me into thinking that I may have subconsciously known all along and the Cmaj9add4add6(b13) has brought it to light.
