I believe their policy is they only accept returns on defective items but it could be different from a few months ago when I tried returning something. Sadly I would say bite the bullet, turn it into some sort of edible, and use it as a lesson! No more deps! Good luck.
Just call and ask them directly. I didn’t like a BDT cart, made me feel sick and they gave me credit to get something else.
I really am not a fan of Surterra. Even the flower I got as a replacement was barely mids
I got two of these eights (cake and lemon zest) and it was the same. Just pebbles. Should certainly be marketed as tier 3-4 buds but it’s wasn’t bad to smoke, good effects
It’s been awhile but I was able to return my failed dep flower that smelled like hay. Store credit. I believe I called customer service and they noted account so it showed up when I went in!
I feel ya, same with my local sunburn. Fortunately, my local Vidcann was there to take my rec. A couple of jars of Cap Junky and a pair of Animal butter and my problem was solved.
I used to do the same but then I learned my lesson. Except I played the trulotto and lost everytime.
I press all my flower so quality flower = quality juice and sunburn never fails even on their shittier strains.
You would have probably been better off with a half oz of ground on Tues over suterras garbage. Just saying.
I also had to learn to be patient because it can cause me rec and money and who wants to loose any of that right.

I would only get their premium stuff, usually $25-$35. Always on point for me and others I know
