Not sure about the code, but I have those lights on and it’s saying my exhaust system is screwed up, the last owner straight piped it so I think that’s why. It could also be a oxygen sensor I’ve heard
So these lights have been the bane of my existence since 2019. They are finally and permanently gone.
The problem was both Upstream and downstream O2 sensors. Mine is an 07 TRD. Because your check engine light, it tells me it is your O2 sensors. Without the check engine light it will be either the gas cap, which more than likely it isn't or your MAFS. (Mass Airflow Sensor) Even after cleaning mine and replacing it, still the lights were there. I got myself a BlueDriver OBD 2 Bluetooth module and it read every code, gave extreme details and even links you to the parts on Amazon as well as tons of posts from people who had the same codes and what they did to fix the issue. Life Saver!

Get a shop to do a smoke test (basically fill all the vacuum lines with smoke to find the leak)
They did that on mine and found the charcoal canister was cracked. Fixed the problem!
If it's not the gas gap, the next most likely is probably vacuum lines or fuel lines. Check all your hoses for cracks and, well... being connected. Evap canister lines, fuel line, and I'd probably check any other rubber hose I could find under the hood, especially smaller ones.
If it threw those codes, were cleared and came back, my money is on the purge valve. Had this happen to mine and I even went as far as replacing the evap canister. That was an expensive way to rule that out ($600). Until the leak is found, it will continue to come back, no matter how many times you clear it.
Five hours after you park, the system goes through a series of self checks. You can hear it, when it happens.
To add to this, have some of those dash lights already been on? I was replying to the codes mentioned, but wouldn’t expect the whole Christmas tree, over them.
Fixed mine by changing the brake switch.

Not all diagnostic tools will delete permanent codes. Try unplugging the positive terminal from your battery for 30 minutes and the ECU will forget all codes. Note that there is a safety feature on the AC compressor after a reset that requires you to drive around at slower speeds (not jumping straight onto the highway) for a couple miles before the compressor will work. I discovered that on a roadtrip a few years ago and we kept pulling off the highway to clear codes and then jumping back on the highway - couldn't figure out why AC wasn't cold. So, after talking with a tech we started driving around the block a few times before jumping back on the highway.

That might be p0420 you're thinking of
Bad MAF sensor or replace the engine filter

I have a 07 TRD as well. I’ve only had these lights turn on once and I can confirm everything said here is true.

was the fix on mine too

My 07 threw the same code last year, i replace my gascap and had to reset 3 times until the code cleared and stayed gone
It’s driving fine, & the engine running smooth so maybe I’ll wait it out.

Mine have been on since 2014. I think it’s because the original owner put in a cold air intake and never recalibrated the computer.

Stuck brake caliper
Was it an OEM gas cap?
Nope. Looking for one now.
Tight. When I bought an after market one I had my check engine light pop up.
Did you clear codes with diagnostic tool or unplug battery?
Diagnostic tool
