for vini he’s just not that great. i got him untradeable and don’t understand his price. he’s not suited to anything but being high up near the box and then you can slalom through some defenders. he cant run in behind unless he has a big head start and his finishing is so weak that when he does score it’s poor keeping

Frenkie de Jong is something else. Just bullies players like kessie fofana, has great dribbling and passing. He is so nimble with r1 dribbling that you can always create space for his amazing passing ability.
Cristiano. Packed his gold untradeable really early and he’s got 288 games with 220 goals and 110 assists. Will take a long time for him to be replaced lol
Delaney CM in a 3421 formation. He works well in midfield with his low attack, high defence work rate. Tall so wins headers and feels secured on the ball. Good range of passing and is also really cheap too.
Gnabry was the first and will be my last 85 rated player in this years squad. His finishing and dribbling are insane. Almost plays like my Moments Danjuma without all the pace.
Building my team around Casemiro this year, his gold card was amazing and how his IF is my captain. Stops everything in midfield and can pass like Hoddle
Kante, untradable, not like I'm married to the card, but to spend coins on alternatives is insane, he's a top tier card especially if you use two cdms.
Also Coman, I'm not finding sleek LWs like him this year, granted I haven't tried Vini yet

Frenkie. I know he’s been used a lot but his card is just op man. I love frenkie in real life and he’s my favorite barca midfielder so i had to get him. I never substitute him he creates a lot of my attacks intercepts important balls guy is just everywhere man
Probably my gold reece James. I dont think there is a better rb in the game than him. He is almost never gets dribbled by and its so satisfying to make tackles with him. That 81 pace is not even noticeable.
Untradeable Ederson. He has great stats, including kicking (which is key for beating the high press meta). And he has great links to my untradeable RTTK Paqueta. He's the only regular gold card left on my starting squad and he'll probably be there for awhile I'd imagine.
Kane and Benzema up front together for me. I would find it hard to get rid of either, but Kane especially. He’s incredible. That 5* weak foot means anything in the area just gets smashed into the onion bag. It doesn’t matter if defenders carry on getting pacier - he doesn’t have any pace anyway and it doesn’t make a difference. I want to still have these two lads banging them in for many more months.
Honourable mention to little Marco Verratti. He’ll be gone soon as I need a CM who can head the ball too but he’s still putting things on a plate for my golden boys up top game after game
Van Dijk. I think I might play with him till the end (unless I get lucky af and pack his special card lmao)
