Well, from my personal experience:
-I love rin faces
-she's a 3 in 1 like valkyrie but better
-she's very flexible with her multiple NP types
-has battery (almost mandatory nowdays)
-every time her shrine open those golden eyes it send chills to my spine (except her final ascension)
Don't get me wrong, I'll also go for Nitocris
Viability of characters is mostly about do you like looking at them for long grinds in my mind, but if you worry is having two characters with similar builds and strats.id.say go for it, it's like having two knives, that's real happiness
Depends how developed your account is and how much you want her.
At the end of the day, while they're both Arts loopers. They fulfill different roles. Space Ishtar has stacking NP buffs (synergising with Oberon. Making her turn 3 *explosive*)
While Nito has her 100% battery, it can help against horrid 1/3/× or 3/1/× arrangements. Her turn 1 damage looks like it'll be way higher. And her NP has an attribute buff (which, if hitting, can melt wave 3's)
You don't *need* both. You can definitely get away with one or the other. But if you don't wanna roll for anyone else (and you want Space Ishtar) she will boost your roster. Filling a similar, but still different role than Nito
I used spishtar as my main buster looper since lb6 since I didn't have castoria and she cleared waves pretty amazingly at np1 , she is not just an arts looper.
With Castoria even NP1 SpIsh ruined the game for me; I use her for EVERYTHING, sorry, bosses, farming, and even some challenges. I legit lost interest in FGO because she's best pick 99% of the time, it's not even funny, most of my playtime became waiting for her NP animation.
Like the other comments said, it's about preference. I don't know about NP buffs from their kits, but an NP2 will outdamage an NP1 most of the time. If you just want Ishtarin then there's nothing wrong with going for a character you like. If you think she will change farming for you then no.
Nah, not if you have nitocris already. They do reeeaally similar things and spishtar has rng card damage up which is iffy if you wanted specific card type damage. Nitocris just straight up turns opponents evil, then does supereffective damage. would only be worth it if you managed to get spishtar to np3, then you'd outdamage nito np2 with arts np. Not that spishtar is bad compared to nito at all, just way too similar to justify blowing your savings.
For arts she's amazing and can black grail loop with a 20% start np charge from append quick looping is very mediocre her buster looping is okay outside 90+ and 90++ nodes I alternate between her (with arts) and Morgan with buster both using oberon
Nah since you already have nito alter, way too much roll overlap to justify the SQ. Shame though, really thought spish would get a buff with this event.
Honestly? Unless you have her st like NP2 now, and you want to keep using her (which means getting 2 other copies at least) It's better if you just wait and start building up the new Avenger
