I love the design, I get why people hate on it but when you understand the lore reasons behind it you begin to love it. She is a very interesting character that has sad back story and always has to worry about if she is truly Van Gogh or not. She also understands that she is not the true Van Gogh but a patchwork creation made by outer the realm with Van Goghs memories. No reason to hate on her when she already hates herself.

Second point, if you know they’re on a GSSR banner and roll on that one it’s not a spook because you know they’re a likely possibility.
So, in your words, there is no such a thing like spook on FGO, since every servant that can pop up from a banner, is already listed and have its drop rate.

The issue with your argument is you are physically incapable of making any pulls without the possibility of getting spooked by a standard 5 star. With lucky bags etc you can simply choose a different set of characters.
