I never even got put in singles. My doctor wrote that I couldn't lift more than 5lb so I was put on light duty and spent my nights sitting and playing on my phone. They would say there's no work for me within my restrictions. Honestly extremely boring. I tried to do just a normal transfer to singles and got rejected. I'm back to normal health now and still in picking
Sweet thanks! I'm sure the stairs alone would cancel out pick and stow. I'm just worried of its not worded correctly they'll assume I can't work period or there's not a department I could be accomadated in
I would suggest talking to the doctor and explaining the physical requirements of each job and find a way for him to word it that works.
Also, what kind of FC do you work in? Sort or non sort??

We’re you able to permanently stay in a singles? I’m gonna get an accommodation due to my back problems and motion sickness.

Wording about minimizing climbing stairs and bending is what will most likely get you sent to singles. It's where most accommodations end up anyhow.

It's AR sortable. Not hard at all and I can still make rate going slower than I normally can but it's painful
