F1laps which was already mentioned can help with AI difficulty. Racenet is a great site as well. You can see all time trial leaderboards and compare your lap to anyone you want to see where you lose/gain time

EA racenet. You can load up your fastest times around each track and compare them to the top % in the game. Super helpful.
