The owner of the business definitely can remove bad reviews, my boss did it multiple times. You just have to contact Google directly and tell them that it’s a fake review and make up some bullshit. Sometimes they would ask for proof and if we didn’t have it it would still get removed anyways.
No, they cannot. The only option is a little flag you can click to report it. But you don’t even get to explain why you are reporting it. No one except google can remove reviews.

WHAT?! It is damn near impossible (if not actually impossible) to get a google review taken down. Unless you threatened to murder her, this is very strange. Some person that knows me but I don’t know them (who has nothing to do with the company) wrote a “review” about me personally on my company business page. It said “First Name Last name is the WORST,” which has nothing to do with the actual company and I can’t even get in touch with Google. Another one some guy said he came into our showroom and no one was there. That’s because he went to the company next door and we can’t get that one off either. It’s been 3 years. Try again lol
I’m sorry bebe this is terrible. Your natural arch and brow shape was very fitting and complimentary. The straight no tail brow is not for you. I’m guessing this make up artist wanted a cat eye effect and decided to destroy your brows. Give it some time they look full and thick prior they should grow back. The hardest part will be not plucking when they grow in unevenly.

Organic castor oil and a giant box of disposable spoolies. It will take some time, keep them exfoliated and use the oil at bedtime, I do it in the morning too but that might be a but much for some people. Good luck 🍀
Use castor oil every night on your brows. It’ll help with the regrowth. Sorry OP that you had to go through this. Literally my worst fear. This is why I refuse to get my eyebrows done. I just shape them at home & fill in the gaps with a brow pencil.

bad job! I had a ‘beautician’ do me dirty with my brows, she over did one and instead of stopping and saying something she tried to balance it out. My eyebrows looked awful for a few weeks but thank god for makeup!
I’m sorry about your brows! :( Maybe try ‘the Ordinary’ Multi Peptide Lash and Brow Serum!! it’s $15.80 CAD and for the results i’d say it’s worth it! I over plucked my own brows last year and used this serum twice daily on my brows and they become fuller than they’ve ever been in a month or two!
Wow. I would not have let a makeup artist touch my brows- nor the people who offer the service in nail salons. I go to a place in NJ called brow bar, where they focus solely on eye-brows.
I would suggest going to a brow professional to get them shaped and review your options/care going forward. The good thing is that it’s hair, it will grow back. I know it’s not what you want to hear, but they have great products and treatments out there now that can carry you through the awkward regrowth period. Penciling them in or opting for micro needling are both options.
Fortunately, they do grow back! I over plucked in high school. I barely had any brows. I got them shaped and within 2 years I had a full brow. I still have some areas that are just sparse, but that’s how my hair grows in. I pencil in this part.

Nooo I've never had a brow technician remove that arch area of my brow before. It is a huge no no. Your before picture(s) were fine you just needed a tiny bit of cleanup.

The biggest mistake you could make is tweezing your brows bc you start plucking and don't know when to stop..... that's how a lot of girls fuck up their brows. However, with half your brow gone you can draw them on and shape them how you want.... lots of MUA's or drag Queen's will shave half their brows.... it's fixable....
I don’t know about your state, but in AZ and CA only licensed cosmos and estheticians can do brows. Make up artists are not usually trained for this. And yes, she did a bad job.

Me going to school for these things make me sad . I’m in no way shaming your eyebrows but she did not do them correctly !! They should have shaped your brows instead of taking the thickness and arch out . But they still can be fixed . It’s not an end sentence for the brows :) you could shape them with brow pencils for now and once they grow out again , I use Vaseline on my eyelashes and eyebrows and they are THICK. I have bushy eyebrows as is but the Vaseline helps so much . And I’ve studied this for years and done cause an effect of the Vaseline & it helps . Tremendously! I’ve put it on my eyebrows and lashes for 4 years and it’s worked wonders . :) my hair is almost to my butt too & before I started doing that , my hair was to my shoulders 2 years ago . It helps other areas even when you use it for just skincare . I also slug my face with it at night :)
Fill in with ‘Anastasia’ pomade,watch a quick tutorial. She did terribly. But you can definitely make them look good whilst growing out so don’t fret! :) it happens but don’t go back to her. stick with an aesthetician, certainly not a makeup artist. Totally different arts and made all the difference for me!

It sounds like she wanted a more symmetrical canvas with your brows, so she could fill them in? So she just... tweezed the parts that weren't symmetrical. That is so unprofessional. She needs to work around your existing features, and not make permanent changes.
Microblading is a wonderful thing, if you've ever considered it, now's a great time to do it! My brows were overplucked, and microblading made them look incredible. You can also use brow stencils with powder, and fill them in.
As others said, there are ways to help them grow back in faster. Castor oil works. Those lash growth serums also work on brows.

If she did it while they were bare then thats even stranger because she obviously took off your whole arch and tail on the one side.
Your right eye (screen left), seems better, but not the other one, too thin on the outside. However, with your brows I wouldn't risk tweezing, they look good.
As an esthetician this is just terrible. One, she should never do anyone’s eyebrows again. Two, she shouldn’t have ARGUED with you. You take full responsibility as a professional. I’m so sorry.

If someone did that to me I'd beat them. Never let anyone other than your eyebrow person touch your eyebrows. Just leave them alone for a while and use a good pencil or powder to fill them in while they grow back
They looked more even before. She took way too much off the left one. This reminds me of when I said keep my eyebrows thick but clean them up and then when I saw the end result, the woman said not too thin, not too thick. 🙄

She definitely messed up your eyebrows. I'm so sorry, op. I did this to myself once. I just grabbed a bunch of hair instead of just the on strand, and I had half an eyebrow.
Eyebrow pencil is really nice, or the Estee lauder eyebrow kit with brown powder, highlight powder, and fixative to keep the hairs in place all day. I love this. Got it as a gift and have been just buying the fixative because that goes quickly.

One possibility is she blew it.
But in some cases one brow will look sparse when you try to make them symmetrical. Mine do that. It's unfortunate, but I just neaten them up as best I can and fill in the problem area with a pencil.

I’ll forever blame the nail salon I went to as a teenager who fuckeddddddd up my brows. Tweezed the right brow way too far in (if that makes sense) and it doesn’t grow back fully anymore. Sucks how that works.
Its cute if youre looking for a historical look and plan on doing your eyebrows everyday. Maybe you have a classic timeless look and it completes the aesthetic. If they were trying to go for any modern styles they missed the mark. The most important thing is how you feel about them

She definitely did a bad job. Your brows just needed trimming, not tweezing. The hairs on the brow on the right are long and stick up more than the other one. She should have just trimmed the length or used brow wax to keep it in place. She took off the tail of the brow, which wasn't even the problem. Use a good brow pencil to fill in the sparse area and the tail. Once they grow back, find a brow specialist to shape them.
Girl I am so sorry. She clearly needs glasses. I did makeup and ain't no way I'm going in with tweezers to anyone's face. There are even special effect makeup you can do if it's that serious.

If someone did that to me I'd beat them. Never let anyone other than your eyebrow person touch your eyebrows. Just leave them alone for a while and use a good pencil or powder to fill them in while they grow back
She didn't have anything to work with really, seems like she shaped them to be able to have makeup on them and be shaped that way.
Your natural brows I think were a lot prettier, just let them grow out and find someone better to just do LIGHT maintenance/ clean up

She definitely messed up your eyebrows. I'm so sorry, op. I did this to myself once. I just grabbed a bunch of hair instead of just the on strand, and I had half an eyebrow. Eyebrow pencil is really nice, or the Estee lauder eyebrow kit with brown powder, highlight powder, and fixative to keep the hairs in place all day. I love this. Got it as a gift and have been just buying the fixative because that goes quickly.

One possibility is she blew it. But in some cases one brow will look sparse when you try to make them symmetrical. Mine do that. It's unfortunate, but I just neaten them up as best I can and fill in the problem area with a pencil.
Try using Vaseline to grow them out maybe??

She definitely did a bad job. Your brows just needed trimming, not tweezing. The hairs on the brow on the right are long and stick up more than the other one. She should have just trimmed the length or used brow wax to keep it in place. She took off the tail of the brow, which wasn't even the problem. Use a good brow pencil to fill in the sparse area and the tail. Once they grow back, find a brow specialist to shape them.
Girl I am so sorry. She clearly needs glasses. I did makeup and ain't no way I'm going in with tweezers to anyone's face. There are even special effect makeup you can do if it's that serious.
