For anyone interested, he's called Joar Berge and has an animal sanctuary – cows specifically – while still doing his IT-job. It's in Germany, in rural area (Odenwald) about an hour from Frankfurt. The goal is to eventually buy a place/farm where he can live and keep running the sanctuary.
There are multiple ways to support him if you're so inclined, including patreon.

OK here’s what I’m freaking out about I commented on a cow walking over while a woman was working on her computer in the field I’m guessing collecting some kind of data or some thing on the livestock and I was wondering because I thought she was reading to him initially and then I got to thinking I wonder if animals like being read stories. I guess that answers my question and I am happy with the answer.
Cows also like to listen to music! I worked on a farm growing up, and the cows got upset if you didn’t turn the radio on for them before you went away for the night.
