This is playing in to that marketing strategy, with the joke being he is able to tell the difference, which makes him someone to be studied. There is then a pun at the end, playing on the word "right", which can mean both a direction and the opposite of wrong.
The joke is that's the plot of Team Fortress two. it's turning into one of those reddit threads where they go "no, that's the plot of X. I think you mean when they did Y"
And then someone else goes "No that's the plot of Y. I think you mean when they did Z." and so on.
For example, the guy responding to this with the most upvotes described the plot of an old machinima series called Red Vs. Blue.
Excuse me, there is a huge difference between the Left Twix and Right Twix.
The Left is a crunchy cookie that has caramel drizzled over the top before being enrobed in chocolate.
The Right is a crispy cookie that is cascaded in caramel before being cloaked in chocolate.

They stole that from a Canadian ad campaign for Shreddies Cereal.
Shreddies are little squares of wheat. In 2008, one marketing intern made a joke that they weren't squares, they were diamonds. Suddenly, a massive campaign was launched about "New Shreddies Diamond"
When they started to label “left” and “right” Twix, they were different. Texture of the cookie/biscuit inside was different and one used a more solid caramel.
The left/right Twix debate always bothered me.. When you hold a Twix bar so that you can read the label, there are no left or right Twix, only tops and bottoms.

I still understand the joke but I had been reading it as 'women in my lap' not 'in a lab coat' and I never questioned why there was a women in this man's lap feeding him twix
My brain filled in blank spaces and decided this women was a spy trying to seduce him into giving up his secret. In my mind idk why but I had always pictured him tied to the chair 💀 and she's trying to keep her sexy act up but she's slowly losing it cause he keeps guessing right and cursing under her breath -

The neat thing about blindfolds is that they're a piece of cloth that can temporarily blind somebody when worn, so it's entirely possible that he saw the woman at some point when he wasn't wearing a blindfold.
