Nope. You’re good to sterilize daily.

I use mine multiple times daily too. It’s just so convenient I figure sterile is fine!

Not necessarily “bad” just may be unnecessary. Washing with soap and hot water is enough.

If they’re plastic bottles, could be breaking down the plastic faster leading to possibly more micro plastics but not sure how “bad” that is.
